Game Rules & Instructions
- The game is played by two players (Player 1 and Player 2 or Bot).
- Each player starts with 50 points.
- The ball starts in the middle of the ladder (position 5 of 10 steps).
- On each turn, the current player places a bet — a number of points they risk (minimum 1, maximum the points they have).
- After both players have placed bets, points are deducted from their totals accordingly.
- The player who places a higher bet moves the ball one step in their favor:
- If Player 1 wins the round, ball moves up (towards Player 1's victory).
- If Player 2 or Bot wins, ball moves down (towards Player 2's or Bot's victory).
- If bets are equal, the ball stays in place.
- The first player to move the ball to the top (position 10) or bottom (position 0) wins the game.
- If a player runs out of points before the ball reaches either end, the other player wins.
- You have 15 seconds per turn to place your bet; if time runs out, a minimum bet of 1 is automatically placed for you.
- In Player vs Bot mode, you can choose the difficulty level: Easy, Medium, or Hard.
